Welcome to avara

What avara is, how to sign in, and how your workspace is organized.

avara is a calm, personal-first place to organize your projects, tasks, and notes. This guide gives you a quick tour so you know where everything lives.

Signing in

avara lives at app.useavara.com. Open it and log in with your email and password. New signups are currently invite-only — if you have an account, you'll land straight in your workspace.

Once you're in, you start on Home, your get-started page.

Your workspace

Everything you create belongs to a workspace (your organization). When you first sign up, avara automatically creates a personal workspace for you, so there's nothing to set up — you can start creating right away. You can rename your workspace any time.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It's the same everywhere you go:

  • Home — your get-started page, with a setup checklist and shortcuts.
  • Overview — a dashboard summarizing your workspace.
  • Projects — where your projects live.
  • Tasks — all your tasks across projects, in list, board, table, or calendar views.
  • Notes — rich text notes.

You can collapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail by clicking its right edge, and open Settings from the account menu at the bottom.
