Create your account

Avara supports email and password accounts, Google sign-in, and email-bound workspace invitations. Public account creation can be paused independently of existing access.

When public signup is open

1. Open /auth/signup.
2. Continue with Google, or enter your name, email, and a password of at least eight characters.
3. Avara creates your personal workspace and signs you in.
4. Complete onboarding before entering the product.

When public signup is paused

The signup page shows a closed-state message and does not expose the account form. You can still:

• sign in to an existing account;
• accept a valid workspace invitation;
• use Google to sign in to an existing linked account;
• use Google while accepting an invitation sent to the same verified email address.

An invitation is single-use, expires after seven days, and is bound to the invited email. It cannot be used to create an account for another address.

Security note

Google login does not silently create an uninvited account while public signup is paused. Existing password accounts can link to Google only when the email-linking checks pass.
