Manage your profile and appearance
Update your name, avatar color, theme, and workspace background.
Account preferences apply to you rather than every workspace member.
Profile
Open Settings → Profile to update your display name and avatar color. Your email address is shown read-only. Name and avatar changes appear in account surfaces and collaboration UI after revalidation.
Appearance
Open Settings → Appearance to choose Light or Dark and select a built-in background. The preference is stored on your account and applied during server rendering to avoid a theme flash.
When a background is active, supported app surfaces use translucent styling so the image remains visible. Select None to return to solid surfaces.
Custom image uploads are not currently supported. Theme and background choices do not change other members' accounts.
