Use the project board
Open a project board, create cards, move work, and understand column behavior.
Board shows a project's tasks as cards in ordered columns. Because columns belong to projects, Avara shows a board index when no project is selected.
Work with cards
- Add a card at the bottom of a column or from its menu.
- Drag a card to another column with mouse, touch, or keyboard controls.
- Open a card to edit the underlying task.
- Toggle completion independently of the card's column.
Task movement saves through the shared task action. If a save fails, the optimistic movement is reverted when the page data reconciles.
Open a task from Board
Selecting a card opens task details over the board. Refreshing or following a direct task link uses the full task page instead. Escape, the close control, or browser Back returns to the board.
Within-column card order is not currently persisted. Columns are neutral containers; their names do not determine whether a task is complete.
