Understand Avara plans and limits

Avara offers Free, Pro, Business, and contact-led Enterprise plans. Internal records may use the names Basic and Team for Free and Business.

Enforced limits

• Free includes a maximum of one accepted workspace member, three active projects, the default board columns, and 50 Sidekick messages per member each month.
• Pro has no member limit and includes 25 active projects, custom board columns, and 500 Sidekick messages per member each month.
• Business has no member limit and includes unlimited projects, custom board columns, 2,000 Sidekick messages per member each month, and workspace-wide 2FA enforcement.
• Enterprise is arranged manually. Pricing and workspace requirements are scoped directly with Avara; it does not promise unshipped capabilities.

Project count, member seats, invitation acceptance, and custom board-column operations are enforced on the server. A crafted request cannot bypass those checks.

Some entitlement keys describe planned capabilities that are not implemented, including SSO, custom domains, audit logs, and certain AI actions. Their presence in plan configuration does not make them available in the product.

All core web workspace tools are available on Free; limits primarily control scale. Avara for iOS and third-party integrations are coming soon, not included live products.
